This pH and water-oil balancing toner has a light essence-like viscosity. It features organic aloe vera extract as a moisturizing and soothing base in place of water to deliver lasting hydration. High concentrations of acne-combatting ingredients such as Houttuynia Cordata, rice, and green tea extract help purify and refresh skin.
